Meet the Staff

Amy, CDA- Front Office Manager

Amy is originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa where she attended Iowa Western Community College and earned her certification in dental assisting. She has been a certified dental assistant since 1995 and has provided chair-side patient care until moving to the front office in 2011.  She and her husband, Jim, have two daughters–Abbi and Bailey.

Lauren, RDH

Lauren, a Lincoln native, attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then UNMC College of Dentistry where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Lauren has been with Hardy Dental since 2017. She and her husband, Scott, have two kids–Cora and Caleb.

Michelle, RDH

Michelle is a graduate from UNMC College of Dentistry and has been seeing patients at Hardy Dental since 2016. Michelle and her husband, Dan, have four children–Avery, Jack, Ben, and Hayden.

Susan, RDH

Susan attended Delta College in University Center, Michigan, and graduated in 2003. Currently, Susan lives in Omaha with her husband, and they have two children.

Bailey- Front Office Staff and Infection Control Technician

Bailey has been part of our office family since June 2021 helping out with the office over her breaks from school. She is currently an exercise science major with an athletic training foundations minor at the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Krystal- Dental Assistant

Krystal is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada and has been dental assisting since 2003. In 2023, she moved to Omaha from Oregon to be closer to her family and resides with her husband and two fur babies.
